Blink-182 sued by Fyre Competition for $500K. This is why. - 1

The trustee that is overseeing the mess that is the smoldering continues to be of Fyre Festival is suing Blink-182 for a return of their deposit.

The lawsuit alleges that given that founder Billy McFarland was trying to defraud his buyers, deposits to artists and famous people must be thought of null and void.  The band pulled out of the pageant, but stored their $500,000 deposit — I assume for the reason that their contract reported they could.  But, no response was famous in this posting from Assortment, so that stays to be noticed.

We did find out/ended up reminded, having said that, that Kendall Jenner and Emily Ratakowski have been compensated about a quarter million pounds a piece for a person social media post.  FML.

Blink-182 will be doing a whole album play of Enema Of The Point out at this year’s Riot Fest.  You can hook up with the set occasions, late evening reveals, and ticket information — every thing you need for September 13-15.  See you in Douglas Park!  — [eric]
